Pennines In Bloom is a voluntary, independent, community group, reliant on grants and donations, and comprises of people who have a long standing involvement in environmental projects/issues. Our Group has met regularly since it was established in 2010 and benefits from previous experience of North West in Bloom entries from Littleborough, Wardle and Rochdale Council.
Membership of Pennines In Bloom Group includes representatives from across our community consisting of local groups, residents, and support services:
